Rolf Stadheim received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin and his law degree from the University of Chicago. He has been a litigator for over 40 years. He began his career at Haight & Hofeldt where he tried many cases, including cases that resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars in judgments. In 1990, Mr. Stadheim and Mr. Grear started Stadheim & Grear Ltd.

George Summerfield graduated from King's College, received his law degree from the Wayne State University and has over 20 years of experience in litigation. Mr. Summerfield has litigated scores of cases in district courts, and has also been lead counsel in over a dozen appeals to various court of appeals. Mr. Summerfield is admitted in Michigan. His practice in Illinois is limited to matters that are under the jurisdiction of federal court system.

Steve Pedersen received a B.S. from Vanderbilt University and graduated from Southern Methodist University School of Law. Prior to joining Stadheim and Grear, Mr. Pedersen spent several years at a large firm, and in federal service at the U.S. International Trade Commission in Washington D.C. Mr. Pedersen is admitted in the District of Columbia. His practice in Illinois is limited to matters that are under the jurisdiction of federal courts.
